Welcome to MEMKO AVIATION, AEROSPACE AND DEFENCE PTY LTD. (ABN 73 619 452 470) (referred to herein as “MEMKO”). These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the sale of products through our website, located at http://nifti.aero.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
Products
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards including VISA and MasterCard.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7-14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the availability of stock and the clearance of payment. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers. You are responsible for the accuracy of all shipping information including, but not limited to: shipping addresses, shipping instructions. MEMKO will not be held responsible nor offer compensation for the shipment of goods to an inaccurately nominated address. If the package can be returned to MEMKO, it will re-send the parcel to your nominated address at your expense. You will also incur an additional handling fee.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Warranty
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the products repaired or replaced if the products fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products.

NIFTI is a registered trademark of Defence Innovations IP Pty. Ltd. The names of actual companies and products mentioned herein and, on our website, may be the trademarks of their respective owners.
